Maximum expression of old vines made with 100% white Grenache, aged during 7 months in an egg-shaped tank. Elegance, unctuousness and freshness in its purest form. A bomb of ripe white fruit, peach, apricot and spicy notes with a perfect balance of flavors. Mineral flavour with a wide and long aftertaste.
Pairing
Very gastronomic: ideal with risottos, paella, smoked fish, fatty fish such as salmon and white meats.
