young red wine from Terra Alta
ADN Red wine by Celler Arrelats
This young red wine with Terra Alta varieties, made with love and respect for the environment, is bottled according to the lunar calendar.
Barcelona, May 13, 2025
Varieties:
80% Grenache and 20% Carignan.
Production:
This wine comes from grapes from old vineyards, harvested at the end of September. The harvest is done manually and with 25 kg boxes to respect the integrity of the grapes. Once the grapes arrive at the winery, the skins are separated from the grain and they are vatted in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation will begin at a controlled temperature between 23-25ºC.
After 15 days of maceration with the skins, they are racked and pressed. The resulting wine will begin malolactic fermentation.
Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are finished, the wine spends the winter in stainless steel tanks with its own lees, stirring (batonnage) these lees weekly / monthly.
When spring arrives, the wine is clarified and bottled according to the lunar calendar.
Alcohol: 14,5%
Tasting Notes
Nose: Intense aromatic complexity with aromas of red fruit and berries, with cherries and blackberries standing out.
Mouth: Fresh, unctuous attack, mid-palate with lactic sensations and sweet tannins.
Serving recommendations:
Serve between 14 and 15ºC.

“Arrelats” (Rooted) to a land…
…”Arrelats”(Rooted) to a story
Celler Arrelats is a small winery that was founded in the former family home of Sergi Pallarès, the winemaker and founder of this winery. The ground floor has been renovated with a small but functional winery, which houses the production room with refrigeration equipment and small tanks for making our wines. We also have an oil mill where the bottled wine rests, and a small laboratory.
Our limited production allows us to offer an artisanal product, with all the winemaking processes carried out manually, from the work in the fields to the bottle.
All the work we do, both in the fields and in the winery, is done following the lunar calendar, like our ancestors. We believe in the values of sustainability, which is why we process our products organically.
