Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, March 10, 2025.
The Cava Producers Association (AECAVA) will once again be present at the ProWein 2025 fair, one of the most important events in the wine sector worldwide, which will take place in Düsseldorf from March 16 to 18. In this new edition, AECAVA will coordinate, for the thirteenth consecutive time, the Espai Cava, an exclusive area where Cava “Comtats de Barcelona” will be promoted, the denomination that groups Cava produced in Catalonia.
Location within the Fair
The Espai Cava will be located in Hall 11, stand A50, and will bring together a selection of ten representative wineries in the sector: Alsina & Sardà, Avinyó, Bolet Organic Wines, Cava Estruch, Celler Parató, Finca Ca N’Estella, Giró Ribot, Maria Rigol Ordi, Molí Parellada and Monastell. All these wineries are part of an initiative coordinated with Prodeca (Promotora dels aliments catalans) to guarantee the best visibility of Catalan wines and cavas at this internationally renowned event. The aim of this presence is to promote the quality, diversity and richness of Cava, as well as consolidate it as one of the most outstanding products within the global wine industry.
ProWein 2025, which will bring together wine professionals from all over the world, will also be a great opportunity to expand commercial and strategic relationships. In addition to the Espai Cava, in Hall 11 you will be able to find other Cava wineries such as Bodegues Pinord, Castell d’Or, Celler Carles Andreu, Covides, Eudald Massana, Josep Masachs, Maria Rigol Ordi and Masia Torreblanca. The fair, with its wide representation of the sector, will allow Cava professionals to establish links with importers and distributors, and consolidate their presence in international markets.
